The hostel is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, a few blocks away from the nearest metro station. It has a trendy and modern setting with a cute common area and a well-equipped kitchen. The private room offers enough space and the bed size is larger than usual, providing comfort for guests. The facilities include a coffee machine with affordable options like Matcha Latte for 80 cents. The washing machine is also convenient.
The reception staff could improve their communication skills to make the check-in process more pleasant.

Mind-blowing access from airport via bus and tozai line, leading to Ootemachi. Free daily towels, on-site laundry facilities, basic kitchen, and fridge storage. Family-friendly, though could be a bit noisy. Great location, short stroll to subway. Clean rooms and facilities. Spacious quad room, comfortable futon beds. Friendly staff, excellent English. Honest and helpful. Small toilet and washbasin in room. Superb assistance with lost suitcase. Good location near metro stop. Clean facilities. Loved the history. Incredi-cool hostel for families.

The rooms at Hostel East Blue Kasai Tokyo are perfect for a comfortable stay. I loved the air-conditioning and the free WiFi, which allowed me to stay connected and cool throughout my trip. The private bathroom was a bonus, making me feel right at home. As a traveler who values convenience and comfort, this place ticked all the boxes for me.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

We loved staying at East Blue Kasai! The location was perfect for us, just a short train ride away from the bustling parts of Tokyo. It was great to come back to a quieter area at the end of the day. The hostel was clean and well-maintained, and our quad private room was spacious and comfortable. The futon beds were cozy, and having a toilet and sink in the room was convenient. The common area had a vending machine with real coffee, which was a nice touch. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend East Blue Kasai for families and those looking for a peaceful retreat in Tokyo.

I had the pleasure of staying at East Blue Kasai in Tokyo during a recent business trip. Despite the hotel being chosen by my director, I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxing stay this facility offered. The property provided a variety of recreational opportunities, allowing me to unwind after a busy day of work. Whether it was taking a dip in the swimming pool or enjoying a peaceful stroll in the garden, I always found something enjoyable to do.
I must mention one minor negative aspect of my experience.

The staff went above and beyond to help us locate our lost luggage and kept us informed throughout our stay. Fantastic customer service! the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were top-notch. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable throughout our stay.
The rooms got quite hot in the afternoon and it took some time for the air conditioning to kick in. A bit uncomfortable, especially if you're the first one back.
